The Thinker - The Story

An astronaut sits—frozen in the iconic pose of Rodin’s The Thinker—the rock symbolizing the edge of a new era.

Where Rodin’s sculpture embodied classical philosophy and introspection, this Thinker reflects in the age of artificial intelligence, space exploration, and rapidly shifting ground beneath our feet. Surrounded by the vast unknowns of both cosmos and code, this figure contemplates a different kind of existence—one shaped not only by human reason, but by machines, data, and exponential discovery.

Yet, in this contemplation, the beauty of human nature shines eternal. Time line

1. DROP OPENS

We will open the purchase window online for this drop on April 21st at 7pm. From that moment you will be able to purchase the artworks released during this drop.

When you come to our second Easter day Open Studio Gallery Day, you will be able to purchase these pieces in person from the opening time of our event at 10 am, giving you early access. You will also be able to view them in our gallery.

2. DROP CLOSES

The drop window will close at 7pm on April 30th. From that moment on, the pieces released during this drop will no longer be available.

3. PRODUCTION

After the purchase window has ended, we will start production of the artworks. Each work will be numbered and hand-signed by the artist, and carefully packaged for shipment.

4. SHIPPING

We endeavour to dispatch all the artworks within 6 months of the close of the purchase window. Please note that the exact timing is subject to demand, production capacities and potential shipping delays. Customers will be contacted with a tracking number before their work is shipped.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to secure your piece before it’s made. When you place a pre-order, you’re not just reserving your item—you’re directly helping us take it into production. Each pre-order means we’re crafting the piece specifically for you, as it’s made to order.

Because of this commitment, your pre-order is non-refundable. By placing an order, you’re agreeing to receive the finished piece once production is complete. This personalized approach ensures that every item is created with intention and care, just for you.

What is the delivery time?

Since this piece is made to order, the exact delivery date is not yet set. We’re thrilled to share that production has already begun for one of several batches, and we currently estimate delivery to take place in the last third of the first quarter of 2025, however it might be later.

Please note that this timeline is an estimate, and while we aim to complete production as swiftly as possible, our commitment to exceptional quality means the process may take a little longer than anticipated. Rest assured, we’re working diligently to bring your piece to life.
